It's been a while since I practiced. I'm home sick today and skipped work and choir. Took my fiddle out to CSI and played for about 45 min. I haven't had time to practice and it showed. Fingers are a bit stiff and intonation is not as good.
Only place to go is up!
Scales, G, A, C, D majors. I need to learn B major to be able to go through the sequence from one to the next.
Practiced Sleeping Soond, Ragtime Annie, and Part A of Merrily Kiss the Quaker.
The biggest thing on the horizon is the upcoming Old Time Rollick at the Ashokan Centre in Upstate New York! I'm really excited about this fiddle camp and I can't wait!
